BOPP is short for Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene, which is a kind of biaxially oriented polypropylene film.

BOPP film is a very important flexible packaging materials. It is colorless, odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, and has high tensile strength, impact strength, stiffness, toughness and good transparency.

BOPP film has low surface energy, so before coating or printing, it needs corona treatment. After corona treatment, BOPP film has good printability. Thus it’s commonly used as surface material composite film.

Glossy film, used to printing, lamination (transparent and matte),coating (adhesive tape and PVDC coating base film). This film sees most consumption and capacity among the plastic thin films.

2.    Heat Sealable BOPP Film
Used to normal packaging, such as for cigarette, three-layer heat sealable, five-layer vapor barrier, pearlized and coating.

3.    Label BOPP Film
Used to merchandize labels, advertisement printing, books and magazines,bottle label and overall packaging.

4.    Metallic BOPP Film
Used to vacuum metallization

5.    Capacitor BOPP Film
Used to capacitor and metallic capacitor
