Water-based Cold Laminating BOPP Film for Paper Lamination
Water-based cold laminating BOPP Film is used to laminate paper substrates by terms of adhesive glue.
Laminating BOPP film is used to protect the media like commercial printings,providing a good finish in terms of aesthetics of the laminate.
There are two types of finishing, glossy and matte. The former increases luster to the laminated surface and the latter makes the surface more elegant. Both of them has good clarity, good resistance to UV light, excellent chemical and abrasion resistance.
Sometimes we also add UV Varnish after matte lamination film that usually requires double sides corona treatment.
As for thickness, there are 10micron, 12micron, 15micron and 18micron.
12micron and 15micron are the most popular thickness of both glossy and matte.
