Water-based Film Hot Laminating Adhesive
Product Description This product is applicable for laminating between plastic film and printed paper.
It is a one-part solvent based laminating adhesive, widely used for high-class books, wine box, calendar and fashion magazines.
It is suitable for laminating paper with Bopp film.
Film coated with the adhesive is characterized by high brightness and strong binding power.

Applying process and precautions
1. The compounding method is of dry-type, i.e. by use of dry-type compounding machine with drying channel and compounding roll with heating function.
2. The drying temperature is about 70- 95℃. The compounding pressing roll is at a temperature of 55-80 ℃ and the compounding pressure is about 12 – 20 kg.
3.It is suggested to dry the adhesive to 70%-90% , because the brightness of the compound is higher and the machine speed is higher under such condition.
In such conditions, it is better to reduce the temperature of the compounding pressing roll to avoid generation of large bubbles in the compound. In addition, we
could increase oven temperature properly.
4. According to the printing gold and silver products and gold-silver cardboard and ink that is easy becoming discoloration,the glue must be completely dried.
5. In case complete drying process is used, the temperature and temperature of compounding pressing roll shall be the higher, the better on condition that the film.
6. In general, there was a relationship between adhesion and the brightness and the amount of adhesive, compounding temperature of roller. The greater amount
of adhesive,the higher the temperature of compounding roller,the better the adhesion and brightness . In general, compounding products will reach the highest bonding strength in 24 hours.
