Holographic pouch laminating film is BOPET film has the process of hologram making at first, and then coats with hot melt EVA adhesion. The transparent hologram is usually in customized upon customers' requirement, which make it a specific product for customer. It can be used as staff card, pass, document protective layer, etc.

We use heat sensitive laminating film for pouch lamination. Sheet with lamination films passed through heated roller and due to the effect of heat it sticks together. Heated roller moves with reasonable speeds applying some pressure on the laminate. Both Pressure and temperature contribute for bonding strength of the laminating pouch.
