Second, the reason causing static electricity in the printing process mainly are in the following areas:
1, in high-speed printing, BOPP film with rubber pressure roller between the long-term friction, resulting in a lot of static electricity;
2, the climate is dry, humidity is too low;
3, the characteristics of the ink itself or its lack of anti-static capacity, resulting in static electricity;
4, the device's anti-static device has been ineffective, can not play the role of eliminating static electricity.
1, regularly check whether the anti-static device can play the role of anti-static;
2, in the season of dry climate, make sure that the printing environment maintaining a certain degree of humidity;
3, as far as possible the use of non-static printed film, or printed film for static elimination;
4, in the diluted solvent, add a polar solvent, such as butanone, isopropyl alcohol, ethanol, less ethyl. In the BOPP film printing process, you can add 5% -20% of the isopropyl alcohol in the ink to eliminate the printing process of static electricity;
5, in addition, you can add ultra-concentrated static agent or anti-static to solve the "beard-like" static in the acutal printing process; and for "edge of the exclusion" problem, you can increase the printing ink viscosity or additives to solve;
In the design of ink formulations, we also give full consideration to the ability of the ink to eliminate static electricity, you can add 2% -8% in the formulation of acetone, while adding 0.1% -0.5% AE-2 super concentrated antistatic agent or 0.5% -2% antistatic agent to solve (but pay attention to the use of control).
