250micron 10mil 1000gauge Polyester Pouch Lamination Film

PET pouch lamination film is common lamination process to make simple and smaller laminates. We use to laminate ID cards, tags and small paper materials. Lamination width is limited in pouch laminators. This is useful in offices and classroom. Laminating equipment for laminating pouches is handy and need no training to operate.

The micron rating indicates the total thickness of the pouch, with 500 microns the thickest. The higher the microns, the stiffer the pouch and hence the more protection it offers.

Be careful not to purchase pouches which are too thick for your machine - only the best machines are capable of laminating pouches thicker than 350 microns.
