Offset Printing UV Inks

Applications

1. AFP-UV2300 Series: White cardboard, gold & silver cardboard, PET coated film cardboard, laser card and tobacco packaging paper.

2. AFP-UV2600 Series: Synthetic paper, pressure-sensitive label, PVC series, PET, PET, PP and treated non-absorption substrate materials.

Illustrate with Examples

High-level cosmetic boxes, tobacco packaging, wine boxes, trademark, plastic stationary, types of card products etc.

Instructions:

a. Add 1% – 5% professional UVVarnish will reduce inks viscosity and increase inks liquidity.

b. Add UV medium will reduce color density

c. Add ≤5% UV viscosity reducer under reducing tack or stringing condition.

d. The products suitable for lithographic printing and rotary printing.

Notices:

a. Plates: Direct use negative image PS plate or positive image PS plate. When use ordinary positive image PS plate, it will process baking plate. Please use nylon series resin relief-printing plate when using resin relief printing.

b. Rubber roller: Recommended use professional UV rubber roller or bi-service of ordinary offset rubber roller& UV offset rubber roller.

c. Blanket: Use with ordinary ink or UV ink blanket. It is better to use UV blanket.

d. Storage condition: Store in 15- 25℃. Avoid the high temperature and sunshine from penetrating directly.

e. It’s not harmful to your health and safety. If attached on the skin or cloth, please clean soapy water immediately.
